Elma joined Hirth Norris & Garrison in October 2001 and is the firm's receptionist. In addition, Elma processes and organizes all tax returns and performs the data processing functions. She serves as the secretary for the partners.

Vicki began working for Chuck Hirth in May 1973.  She attended classes at Franklin University, specializing in accounting and taxes. Vicki is the bookkeeper for Hirth Norris & Garrison.  In addition, she serves clients in the areas of payroll tax preparation and monthly bookkeeping.

Mitzie has been with Hirth Norris & Garrison since February 1987, and has been in public accounting for 27 years.  With her extensive experience in bookkeeping services, Mitzie serves our clients in a variety of ways including payroll tax preparation, monthly and quarterly financial statement compilations, and corporate and individual income tax preparation.

Justin is the newest addition to the firm, beginning work in June 2010 as a staff accountant. After graduating from Saint Charles Preparatory High School in Columbus, Justin attended Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, graduating in May 2010 with degrees in Finance and Mathematics. Recently earning his CPA designation, Justin also became a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Justin performs various tax, accounting, and financial functions for clients of the firm, including audit, review, and compilation engagements.

Bobbi joined Hirth Norris & Garrison in October 2007 as a staff accountant. Bobbi received her Associates Degree from Franklin University and has been in the accounting field for nearly 30 years, previously specializing in law firm accounting management. She currently serves our clients in the areas of monthly and quarterly financial statement compilations as well as corporate and individual income tax preparation.
